ZEN HABITS

I smoke too much. I eat too much. I work too much. I sleep too much. I spend too much. I need too much. I want too much. I think too much. I have too much of too much. And so is the collective voice of the people. Never getting enough of too much. Living to die, dying to live.

Stop killing yourself, and start living. Stop dreaming and start doing. Stop doing too much, start doing less. Stop complicating the heck out of your life and start simplifying your life.

So where do you start?

START by stopping and STOP by starting.

STOP and START HERE

  1. I have always used mindfulness to become part of the moment of doing something and fully engaging. For instance, when drinking tea or coffee, fully become aware of all aspects of the preparation, pouring, and drinking without thinking of something else. Just be present, its a great exercise and then return to the breath when needed.
